With over 18 years of sales experience and a strong background in jewelry sales, Brittney has built her career around creating meaningful relationships, earning customers’ trust, and delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. Today, she brings that same passion for sales and customer service to the pool industry.
Since entering the pool business, Brittney has developed a strong understanding of the pool design and construction process—from selecting the right pool and features to helping customers choose finishes, equipment, and details that fit their home, lifestyle, and budget. She genuinely enjoys helping customers bring their vision to life and making what can feel like a complicated process exciting and approachable.
Brittney believes the best sales experience starts with listening. Her goal is to provide honest guidance, clear communication, and personalized attention so customers feel informed and confident in every decision they make.

With six years of experience in the pool industry, Kayan brings a well-rounded background spanning project management, sales, and leadership. His hands-on experience managing projects and teams allows him to guide customers through the pool-building process with clarity, efficiency, and confidence.
Kayan takes pride in providing straightforward communication, expert insight, and dependable service at every stage of the project. Sales – North Carolina
With over 20 years of experience in the swimming pool industry, Mike brings extensive knowledge and experience to every project he works on. Known for being friendly, outgoing, and easy to work with, he enjoys getting to know his customers and making the pool-buying process comfortable and enjoyable. Mike believes in a no-pressure approach to sales, focusing on listening to his customers, understanding their vision, and helping them make informed decisions that are right for their family and home. Using advanced 3D design software, he can take a customer’s ideas and bring them to life, giving them a realistic vision of what their finished backyard can look like. He takes pride in being approachable, honest, and attentive to the details that make each project unique. His goal is to build lasting relationships with his customers while helping them create a backyard they’ll enjoy for years to come.

Gibril has been a part of the swimming pool industry since high school, gaining hands-on experience by building pools from the ground up. This background allows him to confidently guide homeowners through every stage of the design and construction process. As a husband and father of 3, he values trust, clear communication, and helping families make smart long-term investments. I began my career in the swimming pool business in 1983 working Summers for my friend’s family pool business. Since college I have built, renovated, serviced, and maintained pools in the Pensacola area for over 30 years. I have held a Certified Residential Swimming Pool Contractor license in Florida since 2004. I have designed and built thousands of pools and love helping families achieve their dreams of owning their own backyard paradise.
